Direct Recruitment 2025 for the posts of Uttar Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential), Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk) and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts)

Online applications are invited from candidates for filling the following vacant posts of Uttar Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential), Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk) and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts) for both male and female candidates.

Male and female candidates are eligible for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspector (Confidential), Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk), and Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts) in the Uttar Pradesh Police. The number of vacancies may be changed at any time before the examination. The recruitment process may be cancelled at any time or at any stage without assigning any reason.

Application Fee

The application fee for this recruitment process is as follows:

A fee of ₹500 is prescribed for General, EWS, and Other Backward Classes candidates.

A fee of ₹400 is prescribed for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.

Eligibility and Nationality

Must be a citizen of India.

A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, or any East African country (Kenya) with the intention of permanently settling in India.

However, if a candidate belongs to the above category, the certificate of eligibility will not be issued for a period exceeding one year, and such a candidate will be allowed to continue in service for a further period of one year on the condition that he/she obtains Indian citizenship.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.

Eligibility for Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Post

A graduate degree from a university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi or 30 words per minute in English, and a diploma in computer applications is mandatory.

Eligibility for Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Post

A graduate degree in Commerce from a university established by law in India or a graduate diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government, with a minimum typing speed of 15 words per minute in Hindi or any equivalent qualification recognized by the government is required.

Conclusion

While applying, the candidate must possess the required educational qualifications, and their mark sheet or certificate must be available at that time. Candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the examination for the required educational qualification will not be eligible.

A graduate degree in Law from an institution, college, or university recognized by the University Grants Commission is required.
